And, once again, like a bolt
Out of the Blue! Hey... I really like this show! With good reason I am sure. Still funny to find oneself really stopping in the middle of traffic and saying
...
to myself... "Self! this is a really good show!" Try to find all the little things that make it so good! But honestly... that skip/track damage/recording issue late in St. Stephen is starting to bum me out:( I cannot, however, lower my rating, in light of the many hours of joy this show and recording have provided! And on I go, adding to this "review" or is it merely a diatribe! I ask forgiveness of those who are in fact searching for reviews that are part of figuring out which show to listen to or download... If you haven't heard this one, you should, dammit! I was listening to 9/25 thinking how this little theater run (June/July) is such a delight... (of which Landover is after and much bigger). I listen to the band re-finding the joy of playing together! Mostly earlier in the tour even before they get to SF, but my delight at their choices and willingness to agree! Its the kind of show that reminds me why I so fell in love with them, and when I followed them, it could be said they didn't often actually listen to each other!

she loves you Big River more than me..
Set One 1st 1/2 step since 74. A rousing Big River. Peggy 'o' can really hear Jerry's string bending. Not sure I could dream up a better start to this

show. Crazy Fingers- lovely wherever, whenever played This is a fully formed well jammed out version. Sweet into Let it Grow! ( drums and jam very spacey) rare 1st set drums inside Let It Grow. (MIGHTY SWELL). Set Two Some sound issues during MUSIC (Good pick to open) Great List The Music Never Stopped, It Must Have Been The Roses, Samson & Delilah, High Time, Saint Stephen-> Not Fade Away-> Saint Stephen-> Sugar Magnolia-> Stella Blue-> Sunshine Daydream, E: Dancin' In The Streets--Now there's an encore! I find the sound quality better overall for this night but enjoyed 1st show more overall especially with that big soundcheck!

wherever he goes...
The St. Stephen is really nice--slow, steady, thumping groove. Overall, the sound is a little hissy for a soundboard, but better than the other two copies.
...
Good show.
i'm partial to this one, my first taste of live- bootlegs, and it's magical to hear it cleaned up, but nevertheless, gee, this sure is one hell of a great
...
show, Jerry spot on, bob and donna sounding so tight together, I really think this is one of those real highlights for its' freshness and the intercommunication action of it all
